Reed Accountancy are excited to be working with this reputable business in Ipswich, to recruit for a new member of staff, to join their busy Accounts department. Ensuring it runs smoothly and assisting other team members and departments with day-to-day operations. The tasks will be Payroll and Cash management.
The duties will include:
• Cash Management
• Sales Ledger & Credit Control
• Checking both sales and purchase ledger to ensure a tidy ledger
• Supplier Payments
• Pay PAYE & any other taxes (From End to End) using ACCESS Accounting
• Payroll – Furlough scheme
• Run Pension & Pay monthly
• Death In
• HR Admin (Disciplinary’s New Staff, Leavers, Absences, Sickness record, Maternity/paternity payments)
• Oversee Holiday Chart
• Run Simply health scheme – monthly check invoice is accurate
• Calculate and check salespeople’s commissions, provide them with reports and log
• Gas & Electric – set up contracts – check invoices are not estimated and give readings where necessary
• Accounts Administration
• Stationary Supplies
• Social Club arranging (Christmas Party etc.)
