Based in Redhill this position is responsible for the execution and delivery of customer contracts, invoicing and service delivery to major Blue Chip organisations. Working within system and resource limitations to continually meet all stakeholder service expectations and requirements.
A key relationship owner for our highest value customers ensuring that key differentiator ‘Service’ surpasses our competitors.
Own your customers product delivery and associated queries, ensuring that all elements of the business (sales, pricing and technical) are aligned and deliver as required
Exceeding both core internal and customer KPI’s and the bespoke needs of our customers
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to communicate at all levels.
Experience in managing relationships
High level of accuracy / attention to detail dealing with complex data
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
