Reed Education are currently working with a large Special Needs School based in the Vale of Glamorgan to supply SEN Teaching Assistants on a day to day and long term basis.
The school provide education and support to pupils from the age of 3 right up to 19 with a variety of SEN. The needs of the pupils include Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Speech, Language and Communication Disorders along with Physical and Medical Needs.
The school have some fantastic facilities onsite to enable the pupils to flourish and all the Teachers and Teaching Assistants are encouraging, fair and inclusive.
To provide the pupils with the best possible support and care, we are now seeking SEN LSA's to support the school on both a day to day and long term basis. So that the pupils have consistent support, the role will initially start on a day to day basis and long term posts are offered to those who show flexibility, initiative and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in SEN is not essential. Applicantions are invited from those who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
