This school has an ethos of understanding, compassion and belief in supporting each individual student in their own individual way. This is done by setting boundaries by allowing students choices, giving them ownership over their own decisions to enable them to leave school with the necessary life skills.
The school is situated in rural West Berkshire and caters for looked after children with social and emotional needs, in addition to a variety of SEN, including ASD. Due to the current plans for expansion, there will be numerous opportunities for career progression as well as receiving ongoing CPD from a highly experienced SEN Head Teacher.
