Job Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: West Drayton
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £70-£90 daily rate
I am currently working with an inclusive alternative provision on a rewarding new role in the West Drayton area.
Starting as soon as possible the school are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join them on a Long-Term.
-Located in West Drayton.
-An alternative provision for students at risk of exclusion.
-Students have social, emotional and mental health needs.
-Dedicated to the progress of their students.
-Assisting Key stages 3 students in classes of 6-13 pupils.
-Working with students with SEMH
-Reporting SEN students' progress and collaborating with the teacher.
-Managing challenging behaviour.
What you will need:
-Experience as a Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant
-Experience in working with SEN students is desirable but not required – if you have a keen interest in working in an alternative provision we want to hear from you!
-Experience working with key stage 3 pupils.
-Behaviour management skills/experience.
