A large wealth management company in the west end of Aberdeen are looking to recruit a Secretary / Receptionist to cover maternity leave for the next 9 to 12 months.

Duties include:

- Meeting and greeting clients in person and on the telephone
- Copy, shorthand and audio typing
- Dealing with all income mail
- Diary management
- Processing monthly expense reports
- Filing both archiving and retrieval
- Ensuing the meeting rooms and reception areas are presentable at all times

Applicants must have previous audio or copy trying experience and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Please note that shortlisted candidates will be required to complete online assessments to demonstrate their IT and typing skills, this is a requirement from the client.
