Our Client is looking for a well-organised and mature individual who has good experience in administration with excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
The nature of the job is such that it brings about new challenges every day, by assisting the team with assigned tasks including administrative/secretarial support.
- Handle the suppliers
- Input customer orders to send to our logistic for the delivery
- Customer service in support of the sales team
- Prepare monthly basic accounts
- Prepare quotes for clients
- Managing internal and external communication via emails & phone
The main features of the ideal candidate:
- Good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of Italian
- Min 2 years in similar administrative position
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Fast typing
