We are recruiting for an exciting and excellent opportunity with a solid local brand who are looking to recruit a part time Administration Assistant

The hours are Monday - Friday 9am-3pm but some level of flexibility is expected.

There is some requirement for travel with this role, just in the Norwich area, so you will need to be a driver with your own transport.

• Answering the Operations phone line
• Day to day correspondence including internal and external post
• Source quotes for orders
• Financial admin processing purchase orders and confirmation of payments
• Staff and player expenses
• Compile Supplier Forms
• Assisting with the weekly bulletin
• Minute taking at staff meetings and parental advisory meetings
• Updating staff detail
• Support everyday logistics
• Managing diaries and Outlook appointments
• Maintaining and improving filing provisions


Essential Skills and Experience
• Proven secretarial experience or other similar administrative work
• Strong communication skills including telephone presence
• IT literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication supported with appropriate qualification (GCSE’s, Communication Skills or equivalent)

Desirable
• Secretarial Studies Qualification or Business/Administration related equivalent
• Typing Qualification
• Experience of Project Management
• 2+ years’ experience in a secretarial or similar role
