I am currently recruiting for a leading professional body based in Liverpool City Centre. I am looking for a secretary to provide support and act as first point of contact for members. The role is contracted until November 2018 with a view to being made permanent! 

Salary; £22,263 PA

Hours; Monday - Friday 9-5



Job spec;

• To prepare documentation across a number of computing packages
• To arrange and support external activities throughout the business
• To ensure all databases are kept up to date and managed efficiently
• You will be responsible for managing your own workload and liaising with senior members of staff
• General responsibilities will include managing several diaries, travel arrangements and absence management across the business


Person spec;

• Previous experience in a secretarial role is essential
• The ability to deal with challenging phone calls
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
• Must be able to multi task and prioritise work
