We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Secretary to work for a small, friendly and professional construction company based in Barking, Essex.
Hours of work are Monday's to Friday's 9am to 4.30pm. The salary is £22-24,000 per annum based on skills and experience.
A car owner driver is preferred due to the location of the company in Barking.
Duties will include typing quotes/e-mails/invoices and letters, responding to emails, answering the phones, dealing with queries and enquiries, making up job files and all other secretarial and administrative duties as required. The office is very busy so interested applicants must be a real team worker, happy to muck in and help out wherever needed and be committed, reliable and punctual.
