My client based in Leatherhead is currently recruiting for a temporary secretary.
Hours of work: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Free parking on site or a 20 minute walk from Leatherhead train station
Pay rate is between £9-11 depending on experience.
- • Recent demonstrable experience working in an administrative role for a minimum of 6 months.
- • Confident juggling multiple tasks.
- • Warm and personable personality.
- • Articulate and good attention to detail.
- • Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Creating new and amending existing bookings.
- General administration work.
- Making and taking customer phone calls
