An opportunity has arisen for a Secretary/Administrator to join one of the largest Investment management and financial planning firms to be based in their Truro office.

This is a full time permanent postion paying up to £20,000.

This main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Providing administrative support for the office
- Providing secretarial and reception support - providing a first class service
- Audio Typing - this is a very crucial part of the role
- Updating Spreadsheets
- Taking payments and checking 
- Updating account records

- Many more duties involved

For this position the candidate must have experience in secretarial/reception work. Experience in Audio typing is also key for you to be considered for this vacancy.
