Reed Education Cardiff are currently recruiting for a Mathematics Teacher to start a 12 month contract post October half term 2020.

 

The Role…

The school is looking for a passionate and driven Teacher of Mathematics to join their existing team on a 1 year contract. The role is predominantly teaching Key Stage 3 pupils with some Key Stage 4. This will not be a full Maths timetable and as a result you will be expected to offer general cover throughout the school.

 

This post is to start post October half term 2020 and is a 12 month fixed term contract, with potential to be taken on permanently.

To be considered for the role, you will be/will have:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS status);
  • A good honours degree or equivalent in a relevant or related subject discipline;
  • Experience of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences up to KS4;
  • Commitment to afterschool club and out-of-school hours learning provision;
  • Effective class management with pupils at all levels;
  • Tenacious attitude with a devotion to self-improvement.
