Our clients are looking for an experienced Administrator who wants to work in a fast paced and vibrant environment.

This role would suit someone who has a years or two office experience and is looking to work in an interested and challenging environment.

Job Title: Validator/Administrator
Location: Chelmsford
Salary Expectations: £16,000 - £18,000
Shift/Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Main Duties
• Monitor and track applications
• Chase outstanding documentation via phone and email
• Liaise with client with regards to applications
• Update account manager with progress of applications
• Report directly to Account Director
• Prepare regular reports and presentations
• Answer and redirect phone calls
• Handle queries internally and externally

• Proven office work experience
• Ability to deliver results
• Excellent communications skills
• Multitasking and analytical skills
• Proven experience as a validator, Administrator, Administrative Assistant or similar position
