We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Premises Manager to work within a school based near Hackney in East London.
The Premises Manager will be contribute to the smooth running of the school site by organising and managing areas of responsibility; cleaning, cleaning rota's, security, repairs and minor maintenance works, undertaking effective supervision, caretaking, health and safety and security of the site, supervision of Premises Officers and Cleaners, health and safety scheduling, implementing actions after Fire Health Assessments etc.
The Premises Manager will be responsible for managing all the compliance, health and safety, policies, procedures, risk assessments, limited project work ie. looking at how they could re-model/further develop the school, how they can re-use areas laid fallow, portakabin craning in etc.
A background or experience within a trade eg plumbing/electrical is preferred as is a NEBOSH qualification and health and safety scheduling.
