My client is looking for a polite, friendly and personable candidate to join their Admissions team. The school is a beautiful private school based a short 10 minute walk from Victoria station.

Your role as in the Admissions team is highly important as it acts as the first point of contact for prospective parents looking for a school for their child. It is vital that you have a fantastic telephone manner as you will be representing the school and their ethos.

Duties of the role include the following:

The Admissions team deal with children from Nursery age up to Prep School.
• Preparing registration forms and sending out relevant prospectus to applicants.
• Match payment of registration fee to the returned forms.
• Data entry to the school database system “School Manager” i.e registration details.
• Responding to telephone calls and emails.
• Update “registration overview”
• Dispatching Admissions packs
• Scanning and saving documents to the drive such as questionnaires
• Chase any outstanding documents.
• Preparing excel spreadsheets.

Requirements for the role:

• Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
• Experience in using School Manager or SIMS – Ideal but not essential.
• Previous school experience would be a bonus
