My client is a local Business solutions company are looking for an experienced Helpdesk advisor to join their facilities department. You will be the first point of contact for any maintenance and repair issues on behalf of large UK contract within Service Stations.

This position is an ongoing temporary assignment initially for 3-6 months with a view to being to be extended and will be starting within the next 2 weeks so you should have flexible availability.

• To efficiently manage & schedule the Mobile Technician's (MT's) routine Maintenance
• Take service request calls from, Customers, mobile techinicans, clients, internal and external stakeholders and assign to the appropriate resource via the Service system.
• Manage administrative tasks to support operations.
• Assist in invoicing and billing activities
• Co-ordinate planned and reactive maintenance activity on local country service stations.

Key Activities will include but not be limited to:

• Working with MTS and Operations Manager, prepare and enter into Maximo system, country annual maintenance activity programme.
• Works as an active member of service account teams to achieve optimum levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Dynamically adjust and reschedule MT activity to take account of daily fluctuations in service requests in line with agreed hierarchy of criteria; SLA achievement, reduced travel, reduced costs, and utilisation of MT skill sets.

The hours of work are Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm / 9.30-6pm and one Saturday in every 5 weeks with a day off through the week.
