Service Co-ordination:
- Point of contact for Engineering team and answering calls coming into Support Team.
- Responsible for co-ordinating engineer’s diaries.
- Responsible for contract management and all related paperwork.
- Co-ordinating and arranging internal and external visits based on company procedure.
Health & Safety function:
- Monitoring & updating Health & Safety processes to prevent accidents, injuries and work-related illnesses in the workplace.
- Doing & updating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual checks on the task assigned on Peninsula H&S portal.
- Preparing and documenting Health & Safety records to get accreditation from Safe Contractor and any other H&S related accreditation.
Office Admin Function:
- Day-to day operational duties i.e. meet & greet customer, arranging hospitality and office administration.
- Provide administrative support to management team.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required by the management.
