I am currently recruiting for a well known and established charity based in Birmingham City centre. They are looking for an experienced business analyst on a permanent basis. 


They are currently recruiting for an experienced Schedule Anlalyst to join their busy but sucessful team.

Job summary:

Analyse past performance, future likely demand and the organisations portfolio of develop a schedule of courses to meet the customer demand accross England. You will be required to review past performance of the schedule and alter this accoringly. You will also manage the schedule administration activity andf people to support the smooth running of the schedule. 

Responsibilities:

To analyse sales of scheduled courses and provide a rolling schedule of courses across England, at least 15 months ahead taking into account customer demand and revenue opportunities.
To analyse customer data to identify course provision profiles to meet the business and local community potential at all locations.
To identify potential training locations where opportunities are not being exploited and provide a schedule of courses to test the market according to the local demographics.
To regularly analyse the purchasing trends of customers by individual location and provide information to business stake holders
To regularly review the forthcoming schedule to identify revenue opportunity and make necessary arrangements to enable the potential.
To regularly review the forthcoming schedule to maximise margin and customer experience making alterations in a timely manner in line with defined process.
Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for those considering a change of process, provision or building use that will impact the rolling training schedule.
Identify options for change and enhancement of training activity.
Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times and exhibit, promote and celebrate the values
Implement a performance management culture in line with polices, including making sure that 1-1’s, PDRs and team meetings take place regularly and with recorded outcomes and actions.
To provide effective and consistent line management to direct reports, creating a culture that is in line with values and ensures effective service delivery and well-motivated and engaged staff
To perform any other duties commensurate with these responsibilities, the band of the post and the skills and qualifications of the post-holder.



Experience Required:

Proven experience of performing successful business analysis across multiple projects
Proven experience of producing reports
Experience of extracting data from systems

Skills:
Ability to work with and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to translate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience and gain the right level of buy-in and support
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines and able to prioritise own workload
Excellent communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills
Ability to use MS Office applications at an intermediate level
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels
