My client is an international manufacturer of warehouse equipment in the printing industry. They have been leaders in their industry for over 160 years, they are a company with a long tradition but stand for quality and viability.
1 Year FTC
Hours: 9 am - 5:15 pm

Majorities of your duties will be entering contract data into SAP, creating paperwork BOSS SAP
You will be sorting out invoice queries and creating Credits
Also be responsible for creating purchase orders for 3rd parties
And processing Press Licence Key Requests
Having a key eye for detail you will generate Contract quotations
But also Ad-Hoc responsibilities like overseeing the day to day running of the department, deputising for the Customer Service Marketing Manager as an when required
If you have experience with SAP software, a whiz on MS Excel and MS Word, have a passion for data and an eye for detail you will be perfect for this position.
