This clear cut company, based just outside of Lancaster is looking for a switched on, career minded individual to lead their successful and motivated customer service team as a Sales Support Team Manager.


This brand new role will see you managing 5 teams across 5 different sites who ultimately liaise with a variety of internal departments and external suppliers to ensure that the customer’s end product is delivered on time and to complete satisfaction.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your teams are working to the best of their ability and that they are achieving the following:-

• Communicating with suppliers throughout the whole process to ensure deadlines for delivery are met
• Checking products for faults upon arrival and liaising with manufacturers to correct any issues
• Ensuring the end product is well presented for client’s collection
• Handover of product to client and answering any questions they have at the final stage
• After sale care and additional warranty sales.



This company is looking for a hands on, motivated individual who can lead by example and be willing to get stuck in, in making the end client’s experience a positive one!

The opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and some weekend work may be required, flexibility is key!
