You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all time and recording any incoming orders in a timely and efficient manner. You will provide general administrative and sales support to the two field based sales team members, making sure that both they, and their customers are kept updated on appointments and any changes to products.
You will have excellent customer service skills and previous administration/sales support experience. You will have knowledge of processing orders or dealing with invoices, and feel confident in using Excel. This is a busy position, so you must be a team player, and be able to multi task and assist across other areas of the business when needed.
This position is paying £17-18,000 per annum and is a full time, Monday-Friday position.
