A growing company in Basingstoke, Hampshire are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the transition between sales and operations and driving the process from prospect to client, monitoring and liaising with stakeholders throughout.
You will be supporting a team of sales staff & will have 1 Sales Support Administrator reporting into you.
This role will include: raising the offer letter, checking and then issuing and managing of all legal documentation, which may include visiting prospects at their premises to take legal documents for signing and collating all additional required information whilst on site.
In addition, there will be a requirement to liaise with 3rd parties in relation not only to prospective new client deals but also suppliers to the business. Administrative Support to the sales team throughout the sales process leading to take on of a deal is also required. Database management and ownership of the Dynamics database to include report building and relationship
The ideal candidate must have good attention to detail and able to work at speed and under pressure with impeccable accuracy. Database management Skills are essential.
