My client has an exciting opportunity to work within their busy sales team. the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and will be driven compliance and procedure. The client would like the applicant to be able to work well under pressure, meeting dead lines and handling a large case load.

Role

• To assist in maximising the growth of profitable sales, with a specific focus of providing support to the National Team and undertaking the processing and administration required for contract management

• To manage and administer systems that support the achievement of agreed revenue and profit targets and customer penetration in key market sectors.

• To set high administrative and quality standards for the sales team as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

Generate standard contract paperwork for a customer using information contained with in the CRM system

• Liaise with Credit Team to ensure that a customer has the appropriate credit worthiness to be tied into a contract

• Update and maintain contract information within the CRM system on a daily basis

• Ensure that relevant signed paperwork is valid and has been stored in the CRM system

• Monitor activity of the customer to ensure that agreed terms are being adhered to

• Liaise with sales manager and credit team in order to ensure an invoice is raised to the customer where necessary

• Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc contract analysis as requested.

• To ensure that the National Sales Team are providing and maintaining correct customer information within CRM

• Utilising CRM data and mail-merging in order to run mail and email shots when requested

• Preparing specific sales reports that are factual, consistent and in line with given deadlines

• To prepare monthly and ad-hoc customer analysis as requested

• To collate information and intelligence on competitors from sales people and other local sources.

• Provide ongoing support to the Regional and National Team effectively on a day-to-day basis, including guidance on processes and procedures

• Providing accurate information to customers and to company personnel

• Organise meetings and coordinate room bookings, catering requests, travel arrangements and hotel reservations

• Collate holiday and sickness requests and liaise with HR/ UK Payroll in relation to any queries

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the Sales Support Team - answer telephone calls, deal with general enquiries and incoming post

• Keep the Sales and Marketing contact list up to date and distribute monthly to key stakeholders

• Support the entire Sales team with CRM enquiries and assist with the cleansing of internal system data, as and when required

• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements from the wider business

Relevant Skills and Experience

The client has requested that the candidate has experience working in a sales environment before and has knowledge of using with excel as well as other MS Office applications

Desirable skills and experience would have used Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and had formal training for Microsoft Office
