Our client are based in Burgess Hill, and are a leading manufacturer of their bespoke products.
This is an office based sales support role, working alongside the Commercial Sales team and this role involves Customer Service, Sales Admin and Marketing.
*Producing proposals and quotes
*General Administration including placing orders, raising credits and helping with trade exhibitions
*Keeping a database of all quotes and brochures
*Customer service - dealing with customer queries both over the phone and via email
*Marketing - developing monthly mailshots or offers to send out to current customer database
*Liaising with the warehouse and courier companies and arranging shipping for export orders
* You may be require to attend trade exhibitions which could involve staying away for up to 1 week
You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, show initiative, and have excellent MS Office skills and exceptional customer service skills. In return you will receive a salary plus bonus and extensive training will be given.
