I am looking for a Sales Administrator to join a client of our based in the Stanway (Colchester) area. We are looking for someone to work on a full time Monday – Friday permanent basis starting immediately.

Main purpose of this role:
• Progression of Help to Buy applications from submission to completion
• Provide administration support to the mortgage advisor & Case owner. To develop and maintain relationships with new and existing Housebuilders and Customers
• Ensure we maintain the highest levels of service to our customers and housebuilders in line with company policy


Responsibilities and tasks:
• Provide support and liaise with the mortgage consultant & new build account manager
• To ensure that cases documents are attached & compliant and meet legal regulations such as money laundering guidelines and data protection act.
• Input application details onto mortgage providers systems
• Input credit/debit card details for fees on sage pay & contacting clients if required
• Keying and packaging mortgage applications to the lender for their assessment.
• Contacting both mortgage customers and house builders to provide regular updates on case progression
• Contacting lenders to gain necessary case updates
• Contacting help to buy agents, solicitors, employers and any other third parties necessary to obtain mortgage information needed to progress the case
• Processing of the help to buy applications
• Clearly noting and updating case notes
• mortgage offers and authority to proceeds
• Dealing with post offer enquiries i.e. offer expiry’s
• Dealing with incoming faxes, post and emails (to include; attaching incoming & prepare outgoing post including special & recorded delivery)
• Take incoming telephone calls and deal with queries or outsource to relevant departments.
• Logging and resolving complaints
• Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Sales Admin Support Team Leaders, Sales Admin Support Team Manager, Mortgage Services Director


Skills/experience needed:
• Administration experience
• Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• A positive, can do attitude

Key features of the role:
• Salary is £16,000-£17,500 depending on experience
• Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-17.30pm
• Free onsite car parking
