My Client, located on the outskirts of Ipswich are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team. You will be joining an expanding family business, working within their busy warehouse with friendly office dog!

The successful candidate will be a team player, who really wants to get behind the business, providing full support in helping them to grow. While primarily responsibilities will be administration based, you must be happy to help out during busy periods where needed.

Some of the duties will include-

• Processing new sales leads/providing quotes to customers, and processing new orders
• Documenting all new orders and paperwork
• Answering customer enquiries
• Assisting with company marketing campaigns, for example, preparing mailshots.
• Assisting with monthly stock check
• Update the database ensuring all information is kept accurate.
• Liaising with suppliers and other third parties

This position is offering full time working hours of 9-5pm, Monday to Friday, and is a permanent position. Salary will be negotiated depending on experience.
