Sales Support Administrator
REED Business Support Basingstoke are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Sales Support Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong attention to details & administration skills.
As a Sales Support Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring all documentation is compliant
Completing searches and other administrative duties to support sales team
Responsibility of raising offer letters, Raising / Checking / Issuing of all Legal documentation
Any other administrative duties to support sales & risk team
Maintaining of a central sales diary
Use of online database
Maintaining / Allocating new accounts
Maintaining upkeep of legal files / filing cabinet / client green files
Sales files maintenance and archiving
Weekly pipeline reporting
Liaising with Solicitors regarding, Sale Purchase Agreements, Deed of Priority, Property charges etc.
Assist Compliance manager with Risk control internal audit sampling
Support with event coordinator as required for any Sales entertainment or marketing events
Experience working in a regulated / high compliance environment (financial, legal etc.) would be an advantage.
