This role supports a Sales department within Commercial function.
• To provide full operational support for the Sales team.
• Ensure sales support is correctly processed by liaising with internal departments, and managing despatch of reports & documentation.
• Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist the smooth running of the Operations team function.
• To ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Excel experience – intermediate level
Good administrative & IT skills
