Reed Warrington are proud to be working with a growing manufacturing company based in Golborne who are looking to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator to join their busy team.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the order process from the point of taking the order to the dispatching of the equipment which therefore requires a focus on customer service.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 3:45pm.

Salary is up to £20,000 dependant on experience.




Role duties include:

• Advising UK and International customers of expected delivery dates
• Ensuring relevant parties are updated with information on any delays
• Taking and processing orders on Sage 200
• Advising the production department of items required for sales orders
• Liaising with the relevant teams to ensure delays in production are minimised
• Controlling and managing the order process function
• Taking, processing and dispatching orders
• Liaising with courier companies to ensure that imports are processed in a timely manner 


Skills required:

• Experience of stock control
• Experience of Sage 200
• Confident using Excel and Microsoft office

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a strong customer service background, ideally with a background in electronics or the manufacturing industry, with a flexible attitude and willingness to assist the team in other duties when required.
