If so, we are recruiting for a client in Redditch who are looking to recruit a Commercial Assistant on a Temporary potentially to Permanent basis. The role will be starting immediately and will be replacing a member of staff who is retiring. The rest of the team is very established and there will be two others completing a similar role to this so there will be plenty of support and training provided. 

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

-Supporting the Account Manager with day to day activities
-Sales order processing using SAP
-Providing a customer friendly service and striving to improve processes and methods of dealing with customers and their orders
-Supporting Account Managers with their sales and assisting with attaining these from their customers
-Meeting customer expectations and always striving to improve current processes based on international performance indicators
-Providing correct information to customers on their orders, delivery dates, special delivery requirements etc
-Seeking approval on urgent orders due to potential additional costs involved
-Communicating with customers/other parties in relation to orders and sending order confirmations
-Checking delivery status' using SAP and liaising with customers regarding shipments
-Dealing with allocation issues
-Forecasting sales
-Responding to all enquiries in relation to sales/products in a timely manner
-Complaint handling
-Maintaining and updating customer files
-Analysing customer information
-Dealing with reports
