Role: Sales and Purchasing Admin Support
Salary: £18,000-£20,000 (Excellent benefits which will discuss with you)
Hours: Monday- Friday --- 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch
Reed are currently recruiting for a fantastic company based in Bury who are looking to recruiting for a forward thinking Sales and Purchasing Admin Support to join their team on a full time basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to join an established and growing organisation.
The role of the Sales Amin Support provides ongoing assistance to the activities of the Field and office-based sales team and stock and requisition manager.
• Carry out day to day administrative tasks to support the wider sales team
• Process orders via email or phone
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices for customers
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries for customers
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Stay up to date with new products and features
• Assist purchasing (Stock and requisition Manager)
• Help resolve sales queries relating to stock and orders
• Help with storing/filing/scanning of purchasing information
