My client are based on the outskirts of Pulborough, West Sussex (own transport is a must) they are now looking to expand their busy order processing team with immediate effect
To ensure all orders from UK customers are processed and dispatched in a timely manner, adhering to company deadlines.
Ensure the timely processing of customer orders , answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers.
Taking customer credit/debit card payments over the phone, ensuring all details are disposed of as appropriate.
Keeping customers updated regarding stock availability and delivery.
Co-ordinating with the delivery team daily, providing a manifest for the following days’ deliveries.
Resolving account queries and managing the invoicing and credit notes processes.
Help maintain the customer database ensuring all information is accurate and up to date at all times.
General office duties including filing, mail shots, out-going post.
You will be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths , Grade C or above with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proven experience in a similar role.
Accuracy is everything within this role, so you must be ready to demonstrate your ability to work accurately, under pressure, at times, to achieve set customer needs and company deadlines.
