This is an opportunity to join a successful SME electronics business based in the Sandhurst/Blackwater area.

In this permanent role, you will be involved in sales order management from initial enquiry through to completion and post sales operations. You will be responding to incoming sales calls and emails (from existing and new customers), preparing quotations and information for customers, liaising with the direct sales team, processing customer orders and supplier purchase orders. You will be also be responsible for keeping customer details and records up to date, using the company's bespoke CRM system, and resolving any customer queries or issues that might arise. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, but likely to be in the range £25,000-£30,000.  Free parking is available.

Strong communication and relationship building skills are required as you will be interacting directly with customers and also with suppliers. A background of working in the electronics sector is strongly preferred, and you’ll need previous experience of working in a sales support / internal sales / sales co-ordinator / order processing or similar role.
