An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self- motivated, hard-working individual to join the award winning team.

Working closely with the National Sales Manager, you will lead the Business Development team to ensure that excellent customer service levels along with profitability in line with the company’s growth plans, are simultaneously achieved.

The role of Sales Office Manager reports to the Business Development Manager. Working alongside the National Territories Manager, Marketing Manager and Aftersales Manager you will manage the Business Development team to handle customer and prospective customer enquiries promptly and professionally and oversee the team’s prioritisation and management of sales enquiries, both reactive and proactive.

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, motivate and coach all employees within the department to improve their effectiveness and efficiency, and be a role model for the agreed management values as well as the business development processes by displaying excellent after sales practice.


You will have the following experience/knowledge -
Sales & Marketing Strategy
Sales pipeline process
Internal sales function incl. CRM
Budgetary control and forecasting
Data analysis of sales performance and reporting
Setting KPI’s and targets
Direct experience of leading, managing and developing people
Proven track record of achievements and exceeding targets
Collaborating with Marketing to generate activities
Confidence in recruiting and developing people
