My client is currently looking for a Sales Manager to add to their close-knit, hands-on team. In this role, you will be in charge of selling and promoting the venue and its splendid array of facilities.
Whilst maximising business to their target market you will be generating new business and nurturing existing business as well. You will be selling the use of the luxury facilities including grounds for marquees etc. You will be working with the site’s entire team to achieve the highest standard of customer experience and up keep the venue’s reputation. You will be contributing and adhering to the sales plan of the venue and its contracts and budget.
This role will be part of the bigger picture; the site has a lot to offer and the successful candidate will be involved with varied activities plus meetings on and off site. The ideal candidate will have sales management experience that has been gained within the hospitality industry and be comfortable with taking charge of coordination on the ground level and through to completion. You will be exceptionally professional at all times and confident when dealing with key stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
