My client is the UK's leading medical defence organisation who provide professional indemnity, advice and support to doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals.

Due to a maternity cover the organisation are now looking to recruit a Hospital Liaison Manager for an initial eighteen month assignment, the role will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of doctors in secondary care.

The role comes with a fantastic package inclusive of basis salary between £40,000 - £47,500, company car and a host of benefits you'd expect with a role of this nature.

Purpose of Role

Responsible for recruiting and retaining members in secondary care within an agreed territory.

Key Accountabilities

Initiate events, meetings and opportunities at which the membership proposition can be communicated to members and prospective members

Record contact with members to provider colleagues with accurate and timely information on members' work and activity

Build excellent relationships with medical staff and managers so that service standards meet members' needs

Required Experience

Successful sales experience ideally within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry

Extensive experience of working towards pre-agreed sales targets

Knowledge of the secondary healthcare sector would prove highly beneficial
