Reed Accountancy have pleasure in working with a highly successful national client based in Chelmsford, Essex.

Our client is looking for a forward thinking and experienced Payroll &Sales Ledger Clerk to join their Finance Team on a full time (permanent) basis.

The role will be split between payroll and sales ledger so experience in both of these areas is preferred.

You will be responsible for:
- Accurately completing and issuing invoices.
- Debt Management, producing statements and communicating effectively with clients.
- Recording sales and producing sales reports.
- Debt recovery agent processing.
- Imports to SAGE and bank reconciliations.
- Management of credit card receipts and import to sage, bank reconciliations.
- Managing income.
- Bank transfers / payments based on invoices / reports.
- Managing sales records in SAGE along with completing associated reports & statements.

At least two years proven Sales Ledger or payroll experience is essential. You will have good SAGE 50 and MS Excel skills coupled with excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
