A temporary to possible permanent Sales Ledger Clerk role.
Based in Nuneaton for 6-8 weeks temporary will a view to apply for the permanent position.
£11.00 per hour + Holiday Pay.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and sending customer invoices on a daily basis
- Bank reconciliation
- Allocate payments received against invoices
- Update spreadsheets regarding monies received and outstanding debt
- Answer customer queries in a timely manner
- Contact customers via telephone and email regarding over-due payments ensuring all notes are maintained on the in-house system
- Credit control
