We have a fantastic opportunity, one of our clients based in Coventry are seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk . Accounts Assistant to join their very busy Accounts Team, servicing our Financial Services, Commercial Insurance Broking and Underwriting teams.
Working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
You will be responsible for:
- Allocating of client and agent receipts
- Daily bank reconciliations multiply bank accounts
- Calculating commission transfers
- Client money calculations
- Ad- hoc reporting
- Insurers payments
- Basic credit control
- Monitoring relevant clients bank account balances cashflows
In order to fulfil this role, the Sales Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant, must have previous Accounts processing experience, including Sales Ledger, and, a good understanding of all Account duties.
An excellent attention to detail, and strong MS Word and Excel skills are essential.
