This role is to join an established team to help look after client accounts and they are happy to train someone on the financial side of the role. Ideally you will be highly numerate and have working knowledge of excel, as well as good customer service experience.
You will have to be office based for the first couple of weeks while you learn the system and get trained, you can then work from home as much as you like, and in the future you will still be able to work from home should you wish. The role requires you to liaise with clients to resolve payment issues and problems on the invoicing so you will need to be good with numbers. But the most important thing is that you have good customer service skills and good time management.
