This role is join the finance team in the head office in Leatherhead. This is a newly created role, to add support to the team, reporting into the management accountant. This is an ever growing finance team in an exciting period of continual growth for the company. Planning on opening another eight branches this year.

Job Purpose

-To support the Central Finance Team with managing sales ledgers and credit control.
-To complete such other tasks that may be assigned to you by your line manager.

Sales Ledger Duties


- Raising invoices in roster systems (Staffplan/Carefree)
-Raising all manual invoices and issuing to customers
-Assisting with reconciliations with CM2000 invoicing
-Manage invoice queries with customers
-Email invoices to branches to distribute where applicable

Invoice Discounting

-Prepare invoice summaries and upload to RBS Fac Flow system
-Prepare and submit monthly reconciliations of Local Authority debt ledgers to Fac Flow

Essential

-Good MS Office skills particularly Excel

Desirable

-Care Industry Experience and working with remote operational managers and staff

-If you have had some invoicing experiance that would be perfect but not essential.
