I have an exciting opportunity with my client, based in Leeds City Centre, who are looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their finance team. They are an established and profitable multi-national company with great opportunities to grow and develop.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up new customer accounts and raising invoices within 48 hours
• Updating and maintaining contact lists
• Dealing with queries from customers by offering excellent customer service
• Taking payments over the phone
• Assisting with ad-hoc invoice queries
• Processing direct debit mandates
• Administration and filing

You must:

• Have experience in a similar role
• Be reliable and able to use Microsoft office
• Be organised and have excellent customer service skills
