Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will be as follows:

-Review customer annual maintenance contracts listing costs, increasing in line with inflation and showing gross profit for each customer’s maintenance contract
- Invoicing Maintenance renewals
- Review Maintenance on Backorder – invoicing new orders
- Credit Control Queries & Customer Queries issuing Credit Notes
- Log Support Calls when the Call logger is on leave.
- Request updated Quotes and arrange Site Surveys
- Produce Maintenance KPIs
- File contracts
- Filing Invoices.


This is a customer-facing role and as such the right person must have an exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

Essential shortlisting criteria:

- 2 Years' Sales Ledger administration using a computerised accountancy package (SAGE highly desirable)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy
- A team player
