We are presently recruiting for an enthusiastic sales ledger clerk capable of covering all invoices, credits and other system transactions. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to go permanent. The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Invoice & Credit raising
  • Processing Enrollment
  • Taking Payments
  • Processing Refunds & Payment Plans

Necessary skills include:

  • Experience using Navision
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience raising Sales Ledger invoices
  • Understanding credit note allocation
  • VAT Understanding
