Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 + Commission

Job Description: Due to market growth and expansion a client of mine who are leaders within their field are looking for Sales Executives to join their ever growing team in Colchester on a full time permanent basis. As a Sales Executive, you will be based in Colchester working in a fast paced, mentally stimulating and most importantly, rewarding role.

Location: Colchester Essex.

Target: Sales Professional from Estate Agency.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00AM – 6.00PM plus 1 in 8 Saturdays.
Timeline: Immediate Interview and Start.

Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Previous experience of either estate agency or the new homes market will be necessary.
Have your own transport, and be able to commute daily to our offices in Colchester Essex.
You will possess a proven track record in the sales and customer service industry and have the determination to meet and exceed target’s set.
The ability to work towards your own targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team.
A team player with excellent organisational skills
Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding Communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format, and be able to accurately assess information under pressure.
You will need to be Accurate, numerate and highly computer literate, a highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes.
