I am currently recruiting for a Temporary Sales Coordinator based in Hanwell to start Immediately until 22nd December.

Hourly Pay Rate: £9-10 per hour

My client is looking for someone who has a strong Sales Admin/Coordination or Customer Service Admin background who can smoothly transition into the role without the aid of much training.

The company is closing down and they need a spare pair of hands to help them in the Sales and Business Development team so need someone to join the team ASAP and finish in time for Christmas!

The role requires you work as a part of the Internal Sales Desk Team, you will be required to:

• Answer inbound telephone calls to the sales desk in a professional and business like manner.

• Answering of e-mail queries in a timely manner and insuring all necessary information is provided and communicated correctly and efficiently.

• Accurate entering of orders, returns and quotations on to system within specified time frame

• Responding to customer queries in a timely manner.

• When researching the customer, all relevant details such as name, title, location, buying authority, contact number, etc., are investigated and recorded

• Brochure requests and customer updates are entered and maintained in our mailing list.

• Sales desks record keeping is filed within 24 hour of completion including the filing of orders, quotations, pro-forma invoices, mailing list requests, general customer communication and technical literature.

• Outgoing mail and associated paperwork is prepared for the daily collection by Royal Mail

• Completions of outbound sales call activities including quotation follow-ups to support sales desk targets including accurate updating of records in the quotation database.

• To undertake the required research on behalf of colleagues or customers to advise customers on their product or order enquiries

• To provide sales analysis and reporting as and when required by senior management.
