I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for a Pre Sales Coordinator to join their very reputable and global organisation based in Newbury. Within this industry they are recognised as one of the world’s best-known brands. They are seeking driven, results-oriented team members to help continue to grow and succeed within their business.
Your role will be to provide efficient administration support for the Sales Engineering team. This includes assigning tickets (work order inbox), managing processes, creating reports and communicating with internal departments and customers as necessary.
- Manage Ticket process, assign tickets, managing team scheduling tool for all incoming assignments
- Managing the Solution Bid Process, arranging calls, requesting documentation
- Manage reports and dashboards
- Schedule team training and manage Skills Matrix
- Manage/create process documents
- Manage Dropbox Files and Dropbox Paper for the team
- Deal with all out of office emails from the team and re-direct to appropriate person
