My client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Coordinator to work within their Crawley office, reporting directly into the Marketing and Customer Care Managers.

This role offers support to the organisation and provides customer care and sales support through a series of activities directly linked to the retention and development of existing and potential customers.

The position works closely with a team of Co-Ordinators and supports the field activities of the Sales and training teams.

This position is available immediately and is replacing an associate that transferred to an alternative position within the company.

You will have Account Management/Customer Service and be able to work independently with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure

Main duties

*Supporting the Sales team in order to grow and develop the business

*Coordinate and project manage implementations

*Meet and exceed KPi’s

*Arrange appointments with clinical stakeholders, Doctors, Nurses, Laboratory and Procurement stakeholders

*Schedule annual customer account review meetings and customer reports

*Work closely together with the Marketing , Customer Service, Workshop, Engineers and Sales Team


Ideally you will have a minimum GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), with 3 years’ experience within a customer care/internal sales role, any experience of a similar industry, like the NHS. You will be able to work on a number of different projects and be able to work under pressure and remain calm, with excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude

CRM and MS Office skills required
