My client based North of the City near Norwich Airport are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator for a 9 month to 12 months fixed term contract to cover maternity.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, hours are 8:45 am to 4:50 pm Monday - Thursday and Friday working hours are 8:45 am to 4:30 pm.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To be a member of the Sales and Specification team, providing customer support to all inbound customer order and specification enquiries. Responsible for the daily processing of customer orders and inbound enquiries.To process developer/installer rebates and Merchant/Wholesaler contract support claims.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 You will process sales orders for Merchants & Wholesalers. Process manual order receipts for FOC & CWO finished goods requests and associated products.
 You will be required to respond to enquiries/orders and provide information and support in order to ensure customer satisfaction an order fulfilment.
 You will process EDI order receipts, including exceptions, report processing and customer “call off” order processing and monitoring.
 To provide a follow up service to clients regarding general pre-sales specification enquiries or information relating to new products.
 Responsible for the processing of retrospective developer/installer rebates and Merchant /Wholesaler contract support.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
 You will have an excellent telephone manner, remaining professional and courteous at all times.
 Excellent customer service skills are essential.
 You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and administration skills.
 You will work well under pressure individually or as part of a team, to meet tight deadlines.
 Excellent communication skills are required.
 A proven track record of communication at all levels is essential.
 Analytical skills are essential along with the ability to demonstrate good problem solving skills.
 Use of Microsoft is essential, particularly Word and Excel.
 A general background and understanding of heating and hot/cold water products would be desirable.
 A high attention to detail and an ability to comply with clearly defined rules and policies is important in this role.

Company is offering an attractive salary£16,000 - £17,000 with car parking on site.
